CHICKEN PAKODA: How to make chicken pakoda, chicken  pakudi, kukuda mansa pakudi, chicken pakora, chicken cutlet, chicken with oats cutlet, oats chicken pakoda, oats chicken pakudi,murg pakora, murg pakoda, and oats chicken pakora.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Chicken – 250 gm
  • Onion (Chopped) – 1
  • Ginger(chopped) – 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic  – 4-5 clove
  • Chili flakes/chili powder – 1 tsp
  • Mix herbs – 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Corn flour – 2 – 3 tbsp
  • Oats – 3 -4 tbsp
  • Vinegar/Lemon juice  –  1tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Oil for deep fry

METHOD:

  • Clean and wash the chicken and drain  out water.
  • Crush onion, ginger, and garlic with mortar pastel.
  • Add salt,vinegar,chili flakes, garam masala powder, mix herbs(optional though the use of  it makes it tastes better) and crushed  onion, ginger and garlic and mix thoroughly with the chicken.
  • And rest for an hour . After 1 hour add corn flour and mix it.
  • Then the chicken is rolled over the oats .
  • Heat oil  in a deep pan. Deep fry the chicken on both side till golden color.
  • Serve hot chicken pakudi /pakoda with sauce/ chutney.chicken pakoda 11
