Sarifa ki falooda
Custard apple falooda
INGREDIENTS
Full cream milk – 500ml
Sugar – 2 tbsp
Custard apple – 2
Almond chopped – 1 Tsp
Pistachio chopped – 1 Tsp
Rose petal
Fresh cream – 2 Tsp
Rose water – 1 tsp
Method
1. Boil milk in a heavy-based pan, reduce to half, now add sugar and boil it, stir it until sugar dissolves in milk, turn off the burner and cool down and refrigerate the milk.
2. Collect the Custard apple pulp from the Custard apple, and refrigerate the pulp.
3. Add custard apple pulp, fresh cream, rose water and chopped dry fruits, cold milk in a shaker, and shake all the ingredients well.
4. Healthy and tasty custard apple falooda are ready, pour in glass garnish with rose petal, and chopped nuts serve cool as dessert.
