Leftover roti ladu, churma ladoo recipe, churma and churma ladu.

Ingredients
Leftover Roti – 6
Jaggery(Gud) – 1/4 cup (grated)
Ghee – 3 tbsp
Flaxseeds – 2 tbsp (optional)
Method:
1. Tear the roti into small pieces and grind them. Take out roti powder in a plate.
2. Heat clarified butter in a pan , add flaxseeds wait for crackle, and put off the burner. Add ghee and flaxseeds to roti powder. Rub the ingredients nicely. Add jaggery and cardamom powder mix well . Churma is ready to serve.
3. You can also make lemon size ball in this churma, rajasthan churma ladoo is ready to serve.

Ingredients:
Milk – 1litre
Milk powder – 2 tbsp
Sugar – 1/4 cup
Cocopowder – 1 tsp
Cardamom & nutmeg powder – 1/4 tsp
Method:
Take a heavy base pan, add milk and boil. Keep stirring so that it doesn’t deposit on the bottom of the pan.Keep boiling milk till it is reduced and becomes thick. Add milk powder and sugar. Mix thoroughly. Boil for some more times till sugar is fully dissolved and milk becomes thick. Keep aside . Mix cardamom and nutmeg powder let it cool down naturally. Make small lemon size balls and flatten them with the help of palm . Tasty peda is ready for serving.
Variant : Additionally you can add cocopowder to give a chocolatey flavor and look.
